Size 3 inches length + custom mount. (14.8 grams combined weight) Condition: Intact Provenance: Ex Collection Dr. M.P.M.(1925-1970s), Canada. Choice, rare and lovely! An extremely prestigious item, fashioned at a time of great societal unrest where it was wise to wear your wealth. A leaf shaped gold belt buckle with moveable prong and attachment holes. A strap plate section as well. Both parts with ornamental, engraved decor and traces of red pigment. May have been used for a baldric or as a helmet fastener.
