Carved buff stone depicting a handsome classic Mayan face with headdress, necklace and legs drawn up in front. 15 inches H. + custom mount. Losses to left side yet quite impressive. Ex NY Coll of Saul Tuttman & Gregory Siskind. Nice ancient surface deposits attest to the authenticity. Damage and loss to right side. Old 1968 black and white photo.
