13338. Mezcala White Stone Axe God

A fine white stone (probably calcite) form, the standing figure with delineated garment, ears and arms held at sides. Grooved and incised details are possible influences for Teotihuacan transitional carvings. Excellent condition; Size 6-1/2 inches Height + custom mount. Nice ancient surface.
