Size: 5-1/2 inches L. + custom mount. Provenance: From an American private collection since the 2000s DK, from NY. A wonderful rare and decorative fragment of a good size and imposing head of the heraldic animal with flowing mane, sensitive eyes and strong snout. From a fine cult statue or architectural element albeit fragmented.
