Ca. 19th Dynasty, 1550-1070 B.C.

Faience pottery mummiform ushabti, wearing the royal wig and holding implements. Painted black details and having a large glyph column down the front reads: “The Osiris, scribe of the treasury of Ptah, Nu”, seed sack on his back. Scattered areas of surface encrustation.
Size: 5 inches H. + custom mount. Intact.
Provenance: NYC collection, ex. Fortuna Fine Arts, NYC.
