A handsome abstract early depiction of the deity with hands held outward, face with coffee bean pellet eyes, circular openwork hair piercing, and pinched nose. Incised necklace and waistband as well. Tips of hands and feet restored, repaired at neck. Provenance: Size: 6-3/8 inches H. + custom mount. Provenance Private Collection, UK, acquired in the 1950s. Thence by descent.
