15418. Egyptian Green Faience Anubis Plaque in Modern Gold Mount

Late period, ca. 700 - 30 B.C.

Molded blue-green glazed recumbent Jackel amulet with two attachment holes at both sides. Mounted in a custom modern gold mount with a suspension ring. Intact, excellent condition. Sturdy and suitable for wearing. Size: 7/8 inches L. Provenance: Ex Piltch collection, Brooklyn, acquired from Harmer Rooke Gallery, NYC., pre 1990.
