9030. Greek Terracotta Childs Rattle Ex Charles Ede Gallery

South Italy, Circa 3rd Century BCE

Hollow two part molded figural grouping, which is hollow and constructed as a hollow rattle with a pebble inside. He sits atop the boar and holds a wreath. A good deal of red applied pigments remain.
