 Late Dynastic Periods, Circa 715 to 300 BCE

The necklace consists primarily of long blue-green faience tube beads, interspersed with smaller disk-shaped spacers made from glazed faience. The beads show varied coloration from blue to turquoise and muted green, typical of ancient faience, and display surface encrustations and mineral deposits, indicating age and burial.
At the center hangs a faience amulet depicting the ancient Egyptian "Wedjat" or "Eye of Horus," a highly symbolic protective motif used widely from the Old Kingdom through the Late Period. This amulet was believed to offer protection, health, and rebirth.
Size 18 inches length.  wearable but fragile.
