An exquisite and choice glazed steatite scaraboid plaque which is quite well done. One side inscribed with a king facing left, and presenting a Royal Cartouche in hieroglyphics of King Tutmosis III; Men-Keper-Re. The rev with falcon, snake and other symbols.
Size 13 mm L. with suspension hole. A powerful good luck talisman commemorating a popular Pharaoh.
Provenance: Private London collection; previously acquired from a Belgian collection 80s-90s.
