The bent‑forward pose with one knee raised and both hands brought to the chin is characteristic of the so‑called Jalisco “Thinker” figures, often identified to the Ameca/San Juanito regional style. Typical traits include the tall rectangular cranial form, long triangular nose, slit or recessed eyes, broad skirt,  elaborate tasseled ear ornaments,  triangular wrap skirt. She  represents high‑status women or ritual specialists. The small disc or bubble between the lips may be a symbolic breath/speech element, often emphasizing shamanic or contemplative themes in these “Thinker” types. Overall scattered heavy surface encrustation.
