Classic Period Circa 300 to 600 AD. Deep fluted ritual cylindrical vessel in brown painted pigment and with a well defined psudo PSS (primary standard sequence), incised under the rim as well as at the foot. Two panels of face glyphs to either side.  Vessel with fissure cracks and minor rim chip. Impressive size.  A vessel such as this would have been used by the elite ruling class to consume a luxurious cacao beverage.
