from a larger figure, modeled in terracotta and preserving traces of polychrome. The figure wears a bag‑wig drawn closely over the skull and tucked behind the ears, painted in green; the eyes are indicated by heavy black cosmetic lines and the other facial features are sharply defined. Old collection label on the back, now illegible.

Height 2 1/2 in (6.4 cm); 3 3/4 in (9.5 cm) including modern wood mount.Condition: Fragment from a larger figure, broken irregularly at the neck and lower face, with surface pitting, edge chips and general wear; polychrome with flaking, losses and mineral accretions; stable age crack running around the face.
