Ca. 4th to 6th Century AD.   

A bulbous yellow colored blown glass vase with short cylindrical neck and flared rim and decorated with two applied zig-zag drizzled crimped registers of rigree work. Also some crimping to lip.

Size: 3 inches Height.  Nice  iridescence.

Provenance:  Leonard Wasserman (1925-2011), Philadelphia PA, founder of Kiddie City; who with his wife collected Roman Glass at great expense in the 1970's and 80's from dealers in New York, Philadelphia and New Orleans as well as overseas in Paris, London and Israel.
