Late Period to Ptolemaic Period, 26th Dynasty–Ptolemaic, ca. 664–30 BC.

Solid-cast copper-alloy figure of the enthroned goddess Isis seated on a backless throne, her feet resting on a rectangular integral plinth, wearing a long close-fitting sheath dress and a striated tripartite wig, crowned with the Hathoric headdress of cow horns framing a solar disk uraeus at the front. She cradles the infant Horus (Harpokrates) across her lap, her right hand supporting him beneath his body while her left hand reaches toward her breast in the nursing gesture; the child wears the side-lock of youth. The back of the wig is lightly engraved. Rich dark olive-brown to variegated cuprite-and-green patina.
