A large and impressive carving from a story telling scene; the figure in a dynamic posture with one arm raised and the opposite knee bent.  It my represent a regional, folk, or village protector deity, or even a heroic ancestor spirit rather than a mainstream pan-Indian god or goddess. The presence of the rat remains significant, likely indicating attributes of resourcefulness, cunning, or overcoming obstacles.
